Tuesday, May 11th, 2010Music is a big part of my life. Depending on my mood, some songs really speak to my heart. I can’t imagine going through my day without some tune in my ear. Whether its at the gym, studying, working, commuting, I always seem to be listening to something. Having an iPhone helps to keep tunes on hand at all times.

Tuesday, April 20th, 2010Finally got to try Ackee Tree on Spadina with Koda when he visited from Waterloo this weekend. Those who know me know that I love Caribbean cuisine. Of course I had to try their jerk chicken. It was perfectly cooked and definitely was up to par with The Reef in Vancouver. I don’t eat chicken skin often, but one exception I make is jerk chicken.
085/365 – Reshaping Fashion
Tuesday, April 6th, 2010Finally we come to the event that has been setting me back on my 365 schedule. I got to be a photographer at the Eating Disorder Awareness Coalition of Kitchener’s charity event fashion show, “Reshaping Fashion”. Thanks for the opportunity, Maple! Monday, March 15th, 2010Went into Waterloo again this past weekend to relax and chill with friends. Ended up playing Monopoly with Karen, Andrew and Koda. It was funny, after Koda and Andrew went bankrupt, I yelled “I’m going to hang on as long as possible!” I ended up lasting one turn before Karen I landed on one of Karen’s hotel filled properties. =( She is the “weener.” (some inside joke about a chef who couldn’t pronounce ‘winner’) Also, the monopoly set came with a trophy:
