Now that I’m back in Waterloo, I’m lucky to have a variety of “International” cuisine on account of my roomates’ different cooking styles. This is a Malaysian dish Koda cooked. I forgot the name of it but it has vegetables, medicinal herbs and ribs in it. Yummy!

So my fridge and freezer was full of chicken and I decided I wanted roast chicken. I didn’t have a whole chicken anymore so I just took all the legs and thighs, put them over a bed of potatoes, mushrooms and carrots, and then seasoned all around.
