Dark Chocolate Souffles are great to get a few friends together and spend a quiet evening at home.

Rachel brought us to Carole’s Cheesecake in Yorkville since she said she had always wanted to go but never had the chance. It didn’t disappoint.

Affogato – vanilla bean gelato topped with a shot of espresso served with an almond biscotti. AKA perfection. This after-dinner indulgence always reminds me of summer nights in Italy with my parents.

Cristina is graduating! Her mom flew all the way from Vancouver! The fashion show featuring the work of her (and Michelle’s) graduating class, Mass Exodus 2010: in bloom. It was pretty eye-opening to see! Excerpts from the show Unfortunately, I neither had the right gear nor was close enough to actually shoot anything decent at the show.

After the show, we went to Pickle Barrel to celebrate (but mostly because we were all starving).

Went with Bev and Zoe to Milestones for dinner. Well…really they only had dessert/appetizer. On the table :  Portobello Mushroom Chicken with Capellini, Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream, some Cheesecake, and Pita with Roasted Goat Cheese, Garlic and assorted salsas. Yummy!
