瑞士雞翼 – A Canto Restaurant classic. No…Swiss Chicken Wings are not actually related to Switzerland. I tried making them at home with the wings I got from the whole chickens the week before. Surprisingly, the look and taste of it was pretty accurate. I’m quite happy with the result.
Wow, this Project 365 is not off to a good start. These early days of the year have been busy! I spent all day moving to Toronto, picking up things I bought off craigslist all around Toronto, and going to IKEA for some home essentials. I’ve made it back to Waterloo in one piece but must leave early tomorrow morning to return the rental car to avoid another day’s charges. For dinner, I went with a couple of friends to City Hollywood Cafe beside Pacific Mall in Markham. Haven’t had HK cafe style food in a while and it gave me some comfort in this hectic day.
